I'm hoping there's more to her character.Įrm, maybe I'm stupid, but wouldn't it be more rational for Nine and Twelve to ignore Five and let her blow up the airport? What would happen in this case? They could just remain silent and wait until that psycho Five compromises herself by her dangerous actions. Maybe she'll get massive character development or become stagnant. I say she's as shallow as Nine and Twelve had been in the beginning. Had she been at the start and lingered like she is right now, there'd be massive problems. There is an issue however of them not reviewing the chances of duplicates.įive hasn't struck anyone and is boring cause she's only been given two episodes. It wouldn't be out of their grip int he police department's mind. If they can hack into the police department's website, it might take a little more power to mass text a message to everyone. Her caricature of a character is such an odd contrast to the rest of the show so far.

The introduction of Five was disappointing too. This has been mentioned earlier in this thread but I still can't figure out why the police automatically believe this text message is coming directly from the terrorists when the only way they've been communicating so far was through videos posted online. I've liked them all, and loved most. That unenthusiastic and emotionless "rou're kirring" killed me. That includes Goshu the Cellist, Castle of Cagliostro, Ocean Waves, and other obscure ones. I've also seen ALL of the Ghibli films, barring the very newest, The Wind Rises. That film haunted my childhood, and still haunts my life now. I also watched The Brave Frog, which I now read is a condensed film-length version of a 52 episode anime. I loved it, but my sister didn't, because of this one episode where Gepetto is looking for Pinocchio, and Pinocchio can hear him, but can't find him, and it's not Gepetto he can hear, anyway, it's the fox.
#ZANKYOU NO TERROR EPISODE 6 DISCUSSION SERIES#
Oh! There was also this series of Pinocchio. I don't think either of those had a showing in English, either, apart from the film length edited version of Heidi. Used to watch Heidi and Nils Holgersson so much that the VCR tapes had fog and white lines running through them, too. I'll edit this post when I remember more and have more time, haha.Įdit: Ah, does anyone here remember Calimero? I don't think it ever showed in English, but it was quite popular in NL when I was a child, and every now and then my grandparents send over a VCR or DVD with some episodes or an OVA. There's at least five times as many titles that I haven't yet mentioned that I've enjoyed. It'll always rank highish, though.Īrgh, I've read/watched too many. It's an ongoing series, though, so I'm not completely set on my opinion yet.

the most well-done death of a character I've ever seen. Supernatural, again, fantasy, historical. If anyone has recommendations similar to those two, I'd love to know!Ī manga that's always been pretty special to me is Donten ni Warau.

So much so that I rewatched it immediately afterwards.

I've also seen Daily Lives of Highschool Boys, and LOVED it. Good entertainment, doesn't aspire to be more than it is, pretty fun. a recent one I watched was Kyo Kara Maoh!. sucker for both, especially when they're mixed with supernatural themes and a decent story. Kamisama Hajimema****a is one of my favourites, too (both manga and anime), but chiefly because of pretty art and bishounen, haha. Hellsing was good (both series, but especially Ultimate - it captured the manga very nicely indeed). Some absolute favourites: Durarara!! (both light novel and anime - cannot WAIT for the second season next year), Natsume Yuujinchou (only manga, but it's stolen my heart, haha), Noragami (both manga and anime, and absolutely love it), Kyoukai no Kanata, Sword Art Online (I've as up to date with the light novels as I've been able to get, and was pleasantly surprised at the anime).
